Q.1) How I Can Pay My Outstanding bill in HELM* Control Panel
Q.2) There is negative balance in my HELM Control Panel how can pay.
Q.3) I have paid the hosting fee but still there is an outstanding in my HELM Control panel.

Ans 1. , 2.) To make a payment follow the instruction below.

1.) Login to your account http://cp.computerkings.info or http://cp.yourdomain.com
2.) Click on "Billing"
3.) Click on "Make Payment"
4.) Choose the "Payment Method" & click "Next"
5.) Choose PAYAPAL if you want to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card.
6.) Click Here to see how you can pay even if you don't have PAYAPAL account

Then Complete the rest of the payment process.

Ans 3.) You have paid either by e-cheque* or the information you used during transaction is either incorrect/missing. In both cases you will see the outstanding/ negative balance in your control panel. To solve this issue contact billing department as soon as possible to avoid account termination. 

* Helm Control Panel Is for Windows Hosting
* Normally it takes 7-9 business working days to process E-Cheque. You will see the outstanding in your account until the e-cheque status is cleared. Once it is processed & payment is received you will receive the paid invoice.
